Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes to lead the enterprise strategy for Supply Chain planning systems, data, and end-to-end processes across DPS. The role owns the vision and value realization for APS, coordinating global transformation and integration of APS with ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 15+ years of global supply chain and transformation experience.
• Experience leading APS and ERP transformations.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the multi-year global strategy for Planning Systems & Processes.
• Lead design, implementation, and adoption of a single enterprise APS.
• Partner with ERP leadership to align planning across APS and ERP.
• Own readiness, risk, cutover governance for Day 1 and beyond.
• Build global process ownership and governance across planning domains.
• Drive digital enablement, analytics, automation, and AI use cases.
