Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a senior Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics to oversee governance and execution of planning master data and system parameters. Based across multiple countries, this role drives analytics, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence in supply chain planning.

The position requires strong MDM, data governance, KPI development, and ERP experience, with collaboration across IT and business partners to deliver BI tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.
• ERP systems experience (SAP and/or JD Edwards).
• Proven KPI frameworks and metrics experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into insights and improvements.

Responsabilités

• Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and sourcing rules.
• Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, planning effectiveness, and master data quality.
• Analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve supply chain and planning performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Planning Directors to implement and manage BI tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy and standardization across systems.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to support ERP enhancements, data architecture improvements, and system integrations.
