Job summary

Prism Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Service Reliability & Customer Operations to lead a cloud-agnostic Kubernetes platform across multi-cloud environments. This role supervises ~15-20 staff in reliability, security/compliance, and customer experience, and sits on the Global Delivery Lead's leadership team.

You will own reliability targets, chair Severity 1 calls, manage budgets for tooling and contractors, and shape build-and-run strategy as products move to the new estate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SRE or cloud operations background.
• People leadership across globally distributed teams.
• Incident command, leading Severity 1 response.
• Managed services reliability and availability at scale.
• Regulated environments with real compliance and audit demands.
• Customer escalations at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead three globally distributed functions: operations and reliability, security and compliance, and customer experience.
• Own reliability targets and incidents; chair Severity 1 calls.
• Represent the business during customer escalations at executive level.
• Build and run the managed services operation as the platform scales.
• Own tooling budgets and contractor spend; shape hiring and structure.
