Job summary

Prism Digital is seeking a Senior Manager of Service Reliability & Managed Services to lead and scale a cloud-native Kubernetes platform across multiple clouds and on‑premise data centres. You will own reliability targets, chair Sev-1 calls, and act as the executive-facing owner during customer escalations.

You will manage a team of 15–20, shaping hiring, budgeting, and governance to ensure high‑availability, compliance, and exceptional customer experience in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SRE or cloud operations background.
• People leadership across globally distributed teams.
• Incident command, leading Severity 1 response.
• Managed services reliability and availability at scale.
• Regulated environments with real compliance and audit demands.
• Customer escalations at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 15–20 across three globally distributed functions: operations & reliability, security & compliance, and customer experience.
• Own reliability targets and chair Severity 1 incident calls.
• Represent the business in customer escalations and audits.
• Build and run the Kubernetes-based platform as it scales across clouds and data centres.
