Job summary

Prism Digital is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Platform Engineering to build a cloud-agnostic Kubernetes platform using Go. You will write Operators and controllers, integrating GitOps workflows, and influence design across multi-cloud environments.

The role is hybrid with Dublin on-site four days per week. Salary ranges from €90,000 to €120,000 plus bonus; you will mentor engineers and help shape the technical direction of a greenfield project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or platform engineering required.
• Go preferred; Java/C++/Rust considered.

Responsibilities

• Build a cloud-agnostic Kubernetes platform from scratch.
• Write Kubernetes Operators and controllers to automate provisioning, upgrades, scaling and recovery.
• Design APIs to hide cloud differences across multi-cloud environments.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for the team.
