Job summary

Prism Digital is seeking a Senior Manager of Cloud Operations to lead a global team responsible for Kubernetes, managed services, reliability, security, and customer experience. You will own reliability targets, chair Sev-1 calls, and represent the business in executive escalations as the platform scales.

The role focuses on people leadership across distributed teams, building a cloud-agnostic platform that runs across AWS, Azure, GCP and private data centres, with governance and compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years SRE or cloud operations background.
• People leadership across globally distributed teams.
• Incident command, leading Severity 1 response.
• Managed services reliability and availability at scale.
• Regulated environments with real compliance and audit demands.
• Customer escalations at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead three globally distributed functions: operations & reliability, security & compliance, and customer experience.
• Own reliability targets and chair Severity 1 incident calls.
• Represent the business during high-severity customer escalations.
• Scale and shape the operation as the platform grows and expands into new estates.
• Build and run a cloud-agnostic Kubernetes platform across public clouds and data centres.
