Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist in Dublin to drive client delivery and operational excellence for the Alternatives Private Markets team. You will oversee TA activities, onboard investors, and ensure accurate processing while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in TA/fund administration, strong data and stakeholder coordination skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (finance/accounting/business preferred).
• 5+ years TA/fund administration/investor services; Private Equity, Credit & Real Estate.
• Strong TA platforms/workflow experience; SLAs/KPIs, controls, and audit readiness.
• Linking data, AI and service outcomes to drive client value.
• Process improvement and change/UAT delivery; tech/automation familiarity.
• Clear communication; stakeholder coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Operational rigor and control mindset.
• Analytical problem-solving; data-driven decisions; tech aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality service to Private Markets clients within agreed timelines.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through responsive communication and reliable execution.
• Assist with client onboarding, investor servicing and account maintenance activities.
• Support resolution of client queries and service issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvements and the use of technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Perform day-to-day Transfer Agency activities across Private Markets products with accuracy.
• Support capital calls, distributions, transfers, and investor maintenance per procedures.
• Monitor workflows to maintain service levels and assist with new business onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance service quality.
