Job summary

Davy Group in Dublin, Ireland, invites applications for an Alternative Investment Support Associate on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. You will prioritize tasks, validate pricing variances, and support capital calls and tax statements across private equity and hedge funds.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration.
• Demonstrates internal controls and interaction with internal audit.
• Excellent analytical skills for complex investment structures.
• Team player who can network yet work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and complete tasks to ensure fund prices at each valuation point.
• Identify and validate pricing variances and large movements.
• Review pricing system to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Execute capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare annual tax statements for client investments in private equity.
• Prepare and review financial statements for investment structures.
• Maintain relationships with Private Equity Firms and Life Assurance Companies.
• Understand client relationships and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Own timely resolution of client/investor queries.
• Investigate reconciliation differences during monthly cycles.
