Job summary

BNY in Dublin seeks a VP, Alternative Investments Transfer Agency Product Owner to drive design and delivery of new capabilities across markets, distribution solutions, and asset classes. You will own the product vision and roadmap, leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and collaborating with clients to identify requirements and deliver proactive solutions.

• Experience in Transfer Agency is preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with client and market needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product, and analysts in an Agile environment.
• Work directly with internal and external clients to identify requirements and provide proactive solutions.
• Apply operational knowledge to design robust, scalable solutions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and emerging technologies, champion disciplined use of AI.
