Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial reporting or a related field.
• Experience with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, Lux GAAP and fund structures.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of regional financial reporting and client relationships across the jurisdiction.
• Lead the development and execution of business plans, operating frameworks and performance standards.
• Oversee complex financial disclosures, regulatory filings, and interaction with external auditors.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled reporting to enhance accuracy and scalability.
