Job summary

GemPool Recruitment's client, a leading management and technology consultancy, is seeking an experienced Software Delivery Manager to lead complex software projects across hybrid teams in Ireland. You will work closely with clients, bring structure to delivery and ensure delivery quality and senior stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software delivery or programme delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale technology projects.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices.
• Agile delivery experience with a pragmatic approach to methodology.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing hybrid or multi-disciplinary teams.
• Consulting or management consultancy experience would be a strong advantage.
• Product delivery experience would also be very relevant.

Responsibilities

• Leading software delivery across complex projects or programmes.
• Managing delivery teams across agile and hybrid environments.
• Working closely with clients and senior stakeholders.
