Job summary

GemPool is partnering with a healthcare technology company to hire a Senior Manager, Product Management in Ireland. You will lead a multi-product portfolio, translate strategy into team goals, and manage Product Managers and Product Owners while contributing portfolio insights for strategy.

You will collaborate across Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Implementation to drive product delivery and governance, including P&L inputs and business cases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software product management with leadership experience.
• Experience supervising Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Based in Ireland with full legal working rights.
• Clinical research or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into team goals and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable roadmap plans across the portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships and represent the portfolio in forums.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Own P&L inputs and develop business cases for investments.
• Track performance using usage metrics and feedback to guide priorities.
