Job summary

GemPool Recruitment's client, a leading management and technology consultancy with strong European roots and a growing presence in Ireland, seeks a Senior Software Delivery Manager who excels at leading software programmes and delivering multiple complex projects across hybrid teams.

You will be client-facing, manage stakeholders at senior levels, and oversee delivery governance, budgets and resourcing across several workstreams, with teams of around 30 people.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or programme management capacity.
• Experience delivering large-scale software delivery or programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery teams across agile and hybrid environments.
• Working closely with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Overseeing governance, reporting, risks, budgets and resourcing.
• Supporting delivery quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively.
