Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Lead SMB Program Manager to shape and scale Europe SMB Sales operations. You will translate priorities into scalable programs, processes, and workflows that boost seller productivity and operational efficiency across Europe and beyond.

Collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, you will drive end-to-end program delivery, leverage AI and automation, and continuously improve initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SMB/enterprise sales programs.
• Ability to translate priorities into scalable programs and workflows.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale process redesigns.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
