Qualifications

• 7+ years in business, operations, or program management with SMB experience.
• Experience with sales processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Generative AI tools for sales operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across Europe SMB sales.
• Map, analyze, and redesign workflows to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.
• Drive adoption of new tools, AI solutions, and scalable processes.
