Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking an experienced Foreman Carpenter to lead on-site carpentry teams across construction projects. You will manage daily operations, coordinate trades, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold quality and safety standards.

You will read blueprints, allocate tasks, mentor apprentices, and liaise with project managers and clients to resolve issues while controlling materials and equipment needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Foreman Carpenter or senior carpentry supervisory role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards on construction sites.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate carpentry teams throughout project phases.
• Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide work activities.
• Allocate tasks efficiently, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate carpenters and apprentices to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
• Manage material ordering, inventory, and equipment maintenance to support project requirements.
