Job summary

Acuity Inc. is expanding its Cork Digital Centre of Excellence and is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to raise the reliability bar for Reflect's cloud services.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and production operations, contributing to observability, runbooks, and platform reliability patterns. Based in Cork, you will collaborate with global engineering, product, and operations teams to design scalable, reliable systems for a globally used

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, SRE, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including AKS, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, Key Vault, ACR, VNets, and Managed Identity.
• Deep experience with containerized and orchestrated environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of Reflect's SaaS production environments.
• Define, track and report service health metrics (uptime, reliability).
• Automate operational workflows to reduce toil and improve consistency.
• Contribute to observability standards and build dashboards for health monitoring.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams to embed reliability into design and delivery.
