Job summary
Merative is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team in Dublin, Ireland. The role blends software engineering, cloud infrastructure and reliability engineering to improve performance and resilience in a modern Azure environment.
You will partner with engineering and architecture teams to embed SRE practices, enhance observability and automation, and help shape reliability standards across a mission-critical healthcare platform used worldwide.
Qualifications
- Experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Software Engineering.
- Strong understanding of reliability, performance and scalability.
- Cloud experience, ideally Azure.
- Experience partnering with software engineering teams.
- Observability, monitoring and troubleshooting know-how.
- Hands-on, collaborative with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Improve platform reliability, scalability and availability.
- Embed SRE best practices with software teams.
- Enhance observability, monitoring and tooling.
- Support cloud and platform engineering initiatives.
- Drive automation and CI/CD improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Contribute to performance, resilience and reliability initiatives.
- Establish sustainable engineering and operational standards.
