Job summary
Fulcrum Digital in Dublin is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Business Operations team. You will move between application support, DevOps, and automation, taking ownership of key projects to improve stability and reliability across our platforms.
This role rewards practical problem solving and proactive improvement. You'll partner with development teams to implement monitoring, automation, and documentation, ensuring reliable operations at scale.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of SRE, application support, or DevOps experience.
- Hands-on with monitoring platforms like Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with Linux/Unix, networking basics, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Familiar with CI/CD, containers, and orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Lead SRE projects and processes, solving problems and unblocking roadblocks.
- Develop operations strategies that fit with existing frameworks.
- Support automation and scripting to streamline incident response.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues and coordinate with teams.
- Contribute to documentation and best practices for reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to align reliability with business needs.
- Participate in reviews and quality checks to keep systems stable.
