Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Cork team. You will ensure reliability, availability, and optimal performance of our ALM/AQM and LRE SaaS platforms, partnering with engineering, product management, and global support teams.

You will work in a highly collaborative environment, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS, while owning on-call incident response and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver a world-class SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar production-ops role.
• Strong Linux experience and production-diagnostic skills.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliability, availability, and performance of OpenText SaaS solutions.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with global teams across engineering, product, and support.
