E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major construction project in Clondalkin, Ireland. The role involves day-to-day site management, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in line with the programme.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in site management with Tier 1 contractor exposure, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Opportunity for career progression on a long-term project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role.
• Experience with a main contractor (Tier 1 preferred).
• Proven track record coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Excellent health & safety understanding and compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day management of site operations.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and specialists.
• Ensure works meet programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Manage labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor logistics.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction information for accuracy.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project team and client representatives.
• Mentor junior site team members and promote safe working practices.
