Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major West Dublin development. You will oversee all on-site activities from groundworks to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and top quality across multiple trades.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination and a proven track record in large-scale construction. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and maintain rigorous records and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Site Management role.
• Experience delivering new build or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• SMSTS or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise subcontractors and direct labour on site.
• Ensure works align with programme, drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate trades and manage site logistics.
• Lead site meetings and maintain site records/reports.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and building regulations.
• Enforce health and safety procedures across site activities.
• Drive high standards of workmanship across all phases.
