Job summary

E-Frontiers in Ireland is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design process across a range of construction projects in the Duleek/Drogheda area. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver integrated design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Design Management role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the design and construction process.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design packages and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Experience working with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the design process from pre-construction through to delivery.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
• Review design information, drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve design issues and coordinate design changes.
• Ensure design programmes and deliverables are maintained.
• Liaise closely with the commercial and construction teams.
• Assist with procurement and subcontractor design requirements.
• Ensure projects meet relevant building regulations, standards and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate design documentation and records.
