Qualifications

• 5+ years' site management experience in construction.
• Proven track record managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities on site.
• Manage day-to-day onsite operations and activities.
• Maintain an accurate site diary and record manpower.
• Support Project Manager to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works meet specs.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
• Lead daily site/whiteboard meetings.
• Monitor resources to ensure efficient delivery.
