Job summary

E-Frontiers in Dublin is seeking an experienced Fitout Site / Project Manager to lead commercial fitout projects from mobilisation through to completion. You will manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality targets are met with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in site or project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality interiors on time in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Manager/Project Manager role on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building services coordination and fitout activities.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability.
• Commitment to quality and health & safety.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day management and delivery of fitout projects.
• Plan, organise and coordinate site activities in line with the programme.
• Manage subcontractors, specialist contractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Coordinate multiple trades and ensure works are sequenced efficiently.
• Monitor progress and address delays; lead meetings with client and teams.
• Drive the programme and achieve milestones; control variations and costs.
• Assist with procurement and material lead times; maintain site records and reports.
