Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Site Manager for a residential construction project in Westmeath. The role requires coordinating construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working on large housing developments in Ireland.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
• Good digital and visual presentational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor construction drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance procedures are adhered to.

Skills

Strong Trades background (joinery carpentry preferred)

Ability to effectively manage site programme and schedules

Thorough knowledge of computer applications

Excellent IT skills

Education

Degree in Construction Management or similar
