Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment are seeking a Site Manager for a residential development in County Tipperary, Mid-West region. The role involves coordinating on-site activities, managing staff and subcontractors, and liaising with Clients and design teams to ensure progress.

The project is 18 months to 2 years with potential future work in the Mid-West. Competitive salary range, strong emphasis on H&S and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' proven experience managing residential new-build developments.
• Trades background (bricklaying or carpentry) or a construction management qualification.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction of a residential development on site.
• Oversee project and manage manpower on site (staff, trades, subcontractors).
• Attend and lead meetings with Clients, Architects, Design Team and Senior Management; update progress.
• Act as a point of contact for local authorities.
• Lead weekly toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings.
• Update the site diary and read/interpet drawings to ensure work is accurate.
• Ensure on-site works meet quality standards, on time and within budget.
• Plan daily site requirements (labour, materials) and meet deadlines.
• Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedures and record progress.
