Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Degree qualified in Civil/Construction Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Managing and carrying out setting out activities for multi-storey apartment blocks.
• Liaising with Site Manager and Purchasing Manager for materials management.
• Supervising site operatives and subcontractors during the project.
• Coordinating quality and building control plans.
• Monitoring health and safety compliance on site.
