Job summary

highr is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale residential development in Meath. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, and drive the construction programme from commencement through to handover.

The role requires 7+ years in Irish residential construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A construction degree or trade background is advantageous. DOE salary range reflects a robust package and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' construction experience in the Irish residential sector.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction programming, sequencing and project delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the residential development.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Develop and manage the construction programme, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with design, commercial and technical teams.
• Ensure works are delivered to the required quality, programme and budget.
• Maintain high health & safety standards across the project.
• Monitor progress and report to senior management.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance and site resources.
• Oversee quality control, snagging, completion and handover of units.
• Liaise with local authorities and utility providers as required.
