Job summary

Evara Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a large-scale mixed residential development in Dublin. You will lead on-site operations from inception to completion, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to deliver the Kilternan project safely and on schedule.

You will oversee quality, safety, and progress reporting, while mentoring site staff and maintaining clear communication across the site team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as Site Manager on mixed residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
• CSCS/Safe Pass and safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the mixed residential works.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Manage and mentor site staff, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and maintain effective communication channels across site.
