Evara Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a large-scale mixed residential development in Dublin. You will lead on-site operations from inception to completion, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to deliver the Kilternan project safely and on schedule.

You will oversee quality, safety, and progress reporting, while mentoring site staff and maintaining clear communication across the site team.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as Site Manager on mixed residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
• CSCS/Safe Pass and safety qualifications.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with a background in large-scale mixed residential construction to join our team in Dublin. You will lead and oversee complex works from inception to completion, bringing strong leadership, deep knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Senior Site Manager will be part of the Site Team based in Kilternan. You will work proactively and collaboratively with colleagues across Evara as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities. The Kilternan project is a mixed residential development of over 300 homes which includes a mix of apartments, houses and duplex’s
Key Accountabilities

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in construction, including at least 5 years as a Site Manager on mixed residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A degree or diploma in construction management or a related field
• Valid Safe Pass and CSCS cards; Safety Management qualification e.g. Construction Safety Management / IOSH
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Full driving licence and ability to travel to sites as required
