Job summary

Evara seeks an experienced Senior Site Manager for a large residential project in Dublin. You will lead complex works from inception to completion, inspiring teams and coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality housing.

Based in Kilternan, you will manage safety, quality, and progress across 300+ homes, including apartments and houses, while maintaining budget discipline and strong communication with senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in construction with 5+ years as Site Manager on mixed residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Degree or diploma in construction management or related field.
• Valid Safe Pass and CSCS; Safety Management qualification such as IOSH.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activities for mixed residential works.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and deliver within budget and schedule.
• Mentor site staff and maintain clear on-site communication.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
