Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major residential development in Stamullen, Co. Dublin. You will lead day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and programme targets are met.

The initial phase covers ~250 units, expanding to 600+ in future phases. This is a long-term role with a strong emphasis on collaboration with the Project Manager and client on a large-scale housing scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Residential Developer.
• Experience delivering residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and quality requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Plan and monitor works to meet programme targets.
• Ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain high quality standards and safety on site.
• Liaise with Project Manager, engineers and client.
• Monitor progress and address delays.
• Lead and motivate the site team.
