Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industry management with 6+ years in large site packages.
• Civil engineering qualification with proven track record in large-scale site packages.
• Experience in Irish/UK construction markets with reputable main contractor or self-delivery.
• Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle and project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Snr Project Manager and leading site activities.
• Take full responsibility for delivery, quality, safety, and budgets.
• Plan, coordinate and organise works with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise engineers and package managers; mentor team.
• Monitor progress and manage risks to schedule.
• Engage with utility providers and authorities to ensure compliance and connections.
