Job summary

Egmont in Ireland is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a large 200-unit residential development in North Dublin. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage the site team and subcontractors, and ensure works progress on time and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or trade qualification in Construction Management or related discipline, with proven experience on large residential schemes from groundworks to handover.

Qualifications

• Degree or trade qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects from groundworks to handover.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of current building regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage the site team, direct labour, and subcontractors to maintain quality, safety, and productivity.
• Take full ownership of programme planning, material procurement, and risk management.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards and company procedures.
• Chair regular meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure clear communication and coordination.
• Drive progress on site while maintaining focus on quality, detail, and compliance with all regulations.
