Main Building Contractor in County Clare seeks an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee delivery of complex projects across County Clare. You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and programme are met on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in site management on main contracting projects, strong leadership, excellent communication and a track record of delivering multiple sectors, with a valid Safe Pass and

• Degree or diploma in construction or related field.
• Safe Pass mandatory.
• Appropriate management-level Health & Safety training.
• First Aid training desirable.
• Relevant temporary works or lifting operations training desirable.

• Oversee delivery of construction projects across County Clare.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality.
• Lead subcontractors, direct labour, consultants and client representatives.
• Drive project delivery from start to handover.
