Job summary

STRIVE Search in Bray is assisting a client, an established main contractor, in recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a prominent educational project in Bray. You will lead site operations and coordinate trades to deliver safely and on schedule.

Reporting to the project leadership, you will manage subcontractors, maintain high health and safety standards, monitor progress, and ensure quality, snagging and handover are executed smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction with site management.
• Strong residential construction background.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects to programme.
• Relevant construction qualification or trade background.
