Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager for a high-profile five-star hotel project in County Clare, Ireland. Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in senior construction/site management roles.
• Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience delivering building projects with a main contractor.
• Proven responsibility for subcontractors, site teams and construction coordination.
• Strong understanding of programme, sequencing, quality and safety.
• Experience taking projects through to completion/handover.

This is a site-based position, so candidates must be able to work in County Clare or have a realistic relocation/travel arrangement.

We’re currently supporting a well-established Irish main contractor on a high-profile five-star hotel project. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager who can take practical ownership of construction delivery, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Role overview:

You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, managing trade interfaces, planning upcoming works and ensuring programme, quality and safety requirements are maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

What we're looking for

Salary is Negotiable, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
