Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking a Senior Site Manager for flagship residential and commercial projects in Dublin. This Tier 1 main contractor offers opportunities to lead on landmark developments and oversee daily site activities across multiple locations.

You will coordinate labour, manage subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, and drive progress against programme milestones. Eligible candidates have a third level degree or strong trades background and can be assigned to Kilmainham,

• Assist the project team in tracking construction progress and achieving milestones.

• Develop strong relationships with supply chain and subcontractors to support site delivery.

Project Locations to suit you:

• Kilmainham, Dublin 8
• Crumlin, Dublin 12
• Stoneybatter, Dublin 7

Successful candidates can indicate their preferred project location, and every effort will be made to assign them to the site closest to their home

• Up to €95,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities, including supervision of labour resources and coordination of specialist subcontractors.
• Assist the project team in tracking construction progress and achieving key programme milestones.
• Ensure all works are carried out to required quality standards and in line with project specifications.
• Enforce full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal company procedures across site operations.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors to support effective site delivery and a positive working environment.
