Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager for a high-profile five-star hotel project in County Clare, Ireland. This site-based role requires relocation or a realistic travel arrangement and hands-on ownership of construction delivery, coordinating subcontractors and site teams to uphold safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in senior construction/site management roles.
• Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience delivering building projects with a main contractor.
• Proven responsibility for subcontractors, site teams and construction coordination.
• Strong understanding of programme, sequencing, quality and safety.
• Experience taking projects through to completion/handover.

Responsibilities

• Managing site operations, subcontractors and trade coordination.
• Planning and monitoring programme and look-ahead activities.
• Identifying and resolving sequencing, resource and delivery issues.
• Maintaining strong quality and safety standards across the site.
• Coordinating materials, resources and site requirements.
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting.
• Working closely with project, commercial, design and construction teams.
• Supporting successful completion and handover of the project.
