Job summary

Highr is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead a major Dublin construction project. You will oversee day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate with the Project Manager, design team and subcontractors to deliver safely, on programme and to high quality standards.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in Irish site management, with a proven ability to drive progress, manage site teams, and maintain records throughout construction and handover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Management in the Irish construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all day-to-day activities on site.
• Lead subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure programme targets are achieved.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain short-term programmes.
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality and site presentation.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, engineering, design and commercial teams.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction information.
• Identify potential programme or construction issues and resolve them proactively.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, materials and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee quality inspections, snagging and completion of works.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and building regulations.
• Attend and contribute to site, design and progress meetings.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
• Drive the project through construction, finishing and handover stages.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established development team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a significant project.
