Job summary

Qumulo is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Administrator (Salesforce) to own Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and Experience Cloud. You will build AI-driven workflows, define integrations, and run GTM systems projects in a highly visible role based in Cork with flexibility.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Sales Technology, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve quotes-to-bookings and overall sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin in a B2B company.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud in production.
• Led an enterprise systems implementation.
• Experience using AI to automate workflows.
• Ability to spec integrations via APIs and troubleshoot them.
• Must be able to overlap US business hours.
• Nice-to-have: Flow, AI agent shipped, NetSuite, SQL, Python, Advanced Admin or CPQ cert, channel partner experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
• Build AI agents and automation to reduce manual work for sellers.
• Run intake for sales technology requests and decide what to build, buy, or retire.
• Lead GTM systems projects such as platform rollouts and product introductions.
• Write specs and user stories behind changes, and test with requestors.
• Define integration requirements with engineering and data teams.
• Set data quality rules in Salesforce with Sales Operations.
• Support lead-to-cash in Salesforce and reconcile with NetSuite.
• Manage GTM releases with IT and provide documentation and training.
