Job summary

Kraken, via Payward Services, seeks a Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management to drive go-to-market for regulated digital asset custody worldwide. You will report to the Global Head of Sales and collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding.

The role focuses on growing assets under custody, designing commercial frameworks, and leading enterprise relationships with banks, asset managers, and wealth platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue teams in digital asset custody or wealth platforms.
• Proven ability to close long-cycle institutional mandates with security and regulatory diligence at the center.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management, custodianship, and multi-custodian arrangements.
• Experience structuring custody economics and multi-product agreements.

Responsibilities

• Grow custody assets and revenue with clear targets and pipeline discipline.
• Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and staking products.
• Lead revenue across long-cycle enterprise mandates and mid-market clients.
• Own end-to-end client lifecycle from qualification to onboarding and expansion.
• Build a scalable go-to-market with AI-driven tooling and CRM discipline.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to align strategy.
