Job summary
Kraken, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a dynamic regional growth lead to build a KOL/creator network across Spain, Iberia, and beyond. You will partner with marketing, growth, and compliance teams to drive user acquisition through trusted creators, shaping a scalable influencer program for Kraken Pro.
The role demands hands-on execution, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Spanish, with deep knowledge of the crypto trading creator landscape to accelerate onboarding and CAC
Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish with knowledge of Iberian crypto creator landscape.
- Proven track record building influencer networks from scratch in Spain/Iberia.
- Experience acquiring trading users at scale while controlling CAC.
- Hands-on, proactive problem solver who acts on the ground.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with creators.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving crypto market 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a KOL/creator network in Spain and Iberia for Kraken Pro.
- Drive trading user acquisition via influencer partnerships regionally.
- Own end-to-end relationship management with regional KOLs from sourcing to activation.
- Represent Kraken Pro’s derivatives suite to top creators.
- Fix execution issues blocking program performance and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate with growth, marketing, and compliance teams.
- Set regional KOL acquisition targets and CAC efficiency.
