Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Compliance professional to support asset approvals and ensure regulatory alignment across listing processes and monitoring activities. You will manage policy inventories, assist in reporting to committees, and contribute to AML/CFT frameworks.

The role requires 5+ years in compliance-related functions, strong regulatory knowledge, and a passion for crypto. You will interact with stakeholders and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Compliance and AML/CFT plans.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of compliance and AML/CFT management techniques.
• Experience and/or passion for crypto preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance in approving assets, ensuring Asset Listing aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the policies and procedures inventory.
• Oversee the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Manage the correspondence log and reg scanning feeds.
• Assist in preparing reports for Committee and Board meetings on compliance matters.
• Assist in delivering the annual Training Plan.
• Maintain AML/CFT Frameworks and related controls.
• Collaborate on horizon scanning and new regulatory requirements.
• Support ongoing regulatory compliance and respond to inquiries and exams.
