Job summary

U.S. Bank, through its Elavon division, seeks a Global Network Manager to lead strategy and governance of the global custody network and related infrastructure, ensuring a resilient and compliant platform for client activity across markets.

The role partners across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Technology to drive market expansion, performance oversight, and effective client solutions, with travel required to support global engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/business/economics
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel ~10% internationally

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with sub-custodian banks, cash correspondents, market infrastructures, and other strategic service providers globally.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes, provider evaluations, due diligence reviews, and market assessments.
• Negotiate custody agreements, correspondent banking documentation, fee schedules, and service level commitments.
• Monitor provider performance, financial strength, operational resilience, and regulatory standing.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for significant custody, settlement, cash, and operational issues involving network providers.
• Support new market openings, product launches, and business growth initiatives.
• Publish market updates, operational alerts, and regulatory notifications.
• Deliver client presentations, market briefings, and thought leadership on industry developments and market trends.
• Provide consultative support to clients and internal stakeholders regarding market access, custody solutions, and local market practices.
