Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Sales Performance Consultant in Dublin to partner with senior Sales leaders and enablement teams to drive strategic change. The role is hybrid, with time split between home and an office to support high-impact enablement initiatives that improve sales performance.

You will lead data-driven analyses to uncover blockers, design strategic enablement plans, and measure ROI in collaboration with Sales Operations and Global Enablement teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined sales, sales enablement, change management, or consulting experience.
• Experience with data-driven analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience with adult learning concepts and learning design principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Director+ Sales Leaders to identify business problems.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to uncover knowledge gaps and process blockers.
• Plan and execute enablement strategies delivering measurable behavior change.
• Measure enablement ROI with Sales Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to roll out large programs.
