Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a capable Land Freight Team Supervisor to lead a busy road freight operation in North, Co. Dublin.

The role focuses on overseeing domestic and international shipments, developing a high-performing team and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will manage operations across customers, carriers and customs, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience within road freight, land transport or logistics operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international road freight operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic and international road freight shipments and schedules.
• Ensure shipments comply with procedures, regulations and SLAs.
• Support and coach the road freight team to meet KPIs and service targets.
• Build relationships with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customs on import/export matters and accuracy of data.
