Logiskills Group is seeking an experienced Air Freight Operations Manager in Dublin 9. The role is full-time and office-based, reporting to the Country Manager.

You will lead a multimodal operations team to ensure efficient shipment handling and profitability, while aligning with company initiatives and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in airfreight operations, exposure to Ocean and Road, and a proven track record in managing KPIs, customer relationships, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in airfreight forwarding operations.
• Experience leading a 10+ member operations team.
• Strong knowledge of international import/export procedures.
• Experience using CargoWise or a comparable freight management system.
• Exposure to GDP, AEO and ISO quality standards and aviation security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily freight operations across multimodal channels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality management.
• Maintain GDP, AEO and ISO standards.
• Lead aviation security compliance and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer service.
• Manage budgeting, invoicing and profitability.
• Recruit, coach and performance-manage staff.
