Job summary

Gong is seeking an Enterprise Revenue Architect to partner with our largest customers, guiding executive stakeholders to transform revenue operations using Gong’s AI Operating System. You will design adoption plans, map processes to AI-driven workflows, and quantify ROI to secure renewals and expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record owning relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and ROI conversations.
• Passion for driving customer centricity by collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
• Growth mindset, coachable, thrives in change and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute revenue transformation strategies with Gong’s AIOS for enterprise clients.
• Map current-state processes to AI-driven workflows that drive revenue outcomes.
• Lead adoption and change management to embed Gong in customer teams' daily rhythms.
• Quantify business value using data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI and impact.
• Own renewal and expansion strategy with cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
